“The Ash Tree feels like a true village heart, recently brought back to life by its community, offering a warm embrace that welcomes families and their dogs. While the kitchen is still finding its feet post-renovation, the reliable food truck schedule injects a lively, delicious pulse into the evenings, complemented by well-kept real ales. I found the manager and manageress to be genuinely friendly, contributing to an atmosphere that makes an overnight business stay feel surprisingly comfortable and hospitable.”
